Finance and Administration Division

Finance and Administration Division functions under the Manager – Finance and Administration and consists of two Assistant Accountants, two Accounts Support Staffs, one Office Administrator and a Receptionist.

In the sphere of Finance, this Division is responsible for purchasing, invoicing , collection of debts, cash and cheque handling, investments, payments for supplies and services, preparation of projects budgets, projects profit/loss statements, Company’s annual budget and divisional budgets, divisional income and expenditure statements and quarterly and annual accounts of the Company. This division also attends to all matters in relation to Value Added Tax , Income tax and other taxes. Usually agreements with the clients are signed by the Manager – Finance & Administration on behalf of the Company

In the sphere of administration, it deals with the recruitment , termination and management of staff and consultants of the company. Provision of transport and office services also come under the purview of this Division

Apart from the above mentioned financial and administrative services, Finance and Administration division also handles some projects, usually referred to as “Special Projects”. These usually consist of support services to various INGOs and local NGOs and Sate agencies. These include recruitment and employment of staff for the administration of such institutions under their supervision, purchasing equipment etc for them and payment for services received by them.
